Everything was lined up. 4 stars for agent's dry behavior. Car is in good shape. Added a toll pass for 15.99 otherwise whenever I visit Virginia, I keep getting those (multiple) 50 toll bills from rental companies.

Good car rental company! The coach service between terminal is excellent! The renting location is only a 5-7 minute drive. The drivers are excellent. Renting advisor also good - Cars are excellent.
I loved this place to rent cars in Northern Virginia. You can choose your own and the cars are very clean and fancy accessories. The only recommendation to the stuff is be a little bit more friendly! 100% recommended!!!
Alamo consistently has the best prices for rental cars in my area of Washington DC Metro. I think it's great that they allow you to pick the specific car you want when you arrive at their location based on the type of car you reserved. Best of all is that you can do online check-in so you never even have to go to the counter saving lots of time. Their return service is always super fast. I'd comment on their pick up service too, but the only thing I use for pick up is the booth/gate attendant whose always very efficient and courteous.
We reserved a full size SUV from Alamo at Dulles airport with a 10:00 PM pickup on August 17. When we arrived, there were no full sized SUVs left. A manager outside (my apologies for forgetting your name) helped us by taking the times to understand our needs and helped us find a suitable car. He walked us through a number of vehicles and opened them up to show us the room available in each. ultimately we determined with his help that the Toyota Sienna had the most room for our family of five and cargo space for our long trip. Then, he quickly took care of us by making the changes to the paperwork. We have used this Alamo quite a few times in the last year and we continue to be impressed with the service. The staff is very courteous, hard working, and always anxious to help. Their customer service is excellent. Thank you! John
