I has charged Fuel service fee. I returned the car with full fuel. I am not an unhappy customer for getting charged extra when I asked the returning agent if I was all set. They said good to go. I was expecting them to give me a paper receipt but they said it was emailed. Next time I might need to ask explicitly. This extra 20 gotcha fee leaves a bad taste in my mouth with an otherwise fine rental.

Customer Service is excellent. I always have a laugh with them. Great cars. This time I had a jeep gladiator and I was really happy. Fun part was, first they wanted to give me a Nissan V8 Titan(latest versuon) but it was way to big. The jeep was awesome enough Went a little bit through the mud. It was good. Very short notice between when I rented via the App and picked up the car. I got an unrequested free upgrade because it was late on a Monday and the car I was supposed to get had not yet been cleaned. The attendant was excellent - and I spent less than 2 minutes total getting the car. Then my car being repaired was late - I went to the app and extended the return date 3 separate times - so easy to use - an EXCELLENT app. And I rarely say this - it is very well thought out. Very clean in appearance, everything you need apparent and intuitive to use

Shuttle Bus was waiting when i got there so less than 1 minute wait. The check-in agent was very friendly and helpful, there was a good selection of cars, and they were all clean, I averaged 48 miles per gallon on that KIA Niro and up to 59mpg 1 day. When returning the car, always park behind all the cars you see on the right, the line of cars you see on the left facing the other way would be going for service, so you could pull behind all of those, and all the employees will see you in just walk past like you don't exist until you figure out for yourself you're in the wrong area when no one will come to help you, so when you do drive over to the right side then someone will help you, take care of you, and was friendly and helpful.
