I was honestly very impressed with this location and the staff. Everyone I encountered was very friendly and polite! The self-check-in was quick and easy, and I had no wait time at all for my 8:30AM appointment. The phlebotomist was very kind and did a great job on the blood draw. Usually I feel faint when my blood is taken, so she made sure I was comfortable while laying down and did the draw lightning quick so I could get it over and done with.

Unorganized patient intake service. Very low tech business processes administratively. Every LabCorp location is different in the way that they accept patients. I have only been to 7 LabCorp locations, but their customer service ability is really on the low end for initial contact with customers. It's really a shame. They could be so much better.
I was very pleasantly surprised. The reviews I saw were about 2 stars. My experience was different. I went in with an appointment for a blood draw, but without paperwork. My doctor assured me I was \in the system\. I was. They asked me to wait, and I did, for about 30 seconds. I was taken to the partitioned area, and blood was drawn promptly. The staff was very courteous, from reception through the technician. Things were clean, and the waiting area seating was properly distanced. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Very pleased.
I never thought in a million years that I would give this place 5 stars because every experience before today has been absolutely terrible. So much so, I was dreading going here after years of avoiding this place. Having no choice because my doctor temporarily shut down her lab, I hesitantly made an appointment for today. I was blown away by how positively different everything was at this location! I loved being able to text to check in for my appointment. I received a text response right away when I checked in. The front desk person was friendly and polite. The person who drew my blood was quick, kind and very experienced! Made all the difference in the world. I was actually finished and in my car at the time my appointment was supposed to begin! Never thought I'd recommend this location, but I really do. Please keep it up!
