Just called to make an appointment and they refused to make an appointment. They want full medical record before they make an appointment. This is highly unusual. How do we know if they will see us in time for yearly checkup? If they are not our doctor yet, why would we get the other doctor to send them? Not sure what to make of this.

We absolutely love our pediatrician (Dr. Gaither) and love this particular location. It is very clean and new, which is a major plus when you are dealing with small children. The front desk and nursing staff are great as well and the wait time is pretty much zero. I would highly recommend this practice and even more this location!

They always have time to answer all of my questions. amazing and helpful doctors and staff at Stone Springs Location. LOVE them! I would not bring my kids anywhere else.

Excellent staff and location. I've now been to the Stone Springs and the Landsdowne locations and both locations have great staff, knowledgeable and extremely supportive for new parents.

Tried to schedule my son who is a preemie and 3 months who was recently admitted to 2 hospitals, was diagnosed with RSV and bronchiolitis. While trying to schedule receptionist advised they cannot schedule without records. Did inform that I have the hospital records and was told that I can bring in and they can scan then see if there are appts but not guaranteed. Also just moved from out of state and tried to schedule for another 1 of my kids( also preemie) but records have not been received so couldn't schedule. Worst scheduling policy ever. Things need to be fixed especially when it comes to sick kids on urgent matters needing to be scheduled within certain time frame. Left message for office manager as well and still no call back
