I had to place an order for my school organization, had to work with a difficult process of payment due to my school but Todd Banker at Reston Shirt made the process so easy. Order was fulfilled in 5 days and the shirts turned out amazing!! 10/10 recommend for personal or business orders!

AMAZING customer service!!! I came in with a very specific, one-off request on a tight timeline. Upon initially describing my request, I could tell it was something they typically don't do, but after listening to my special ask, James didn't skip a beat in making it happen for me. After picking up my items, I needed to return for an adjustment, and not knowing whether or not there would be time to get this completed before I needed it, I was doubtful they could accommodate me. While James was out of the office this time, Todd now jumped right up to the plate and personally took care of things. I assumed I would have to come back in within a few days to pick up my order, which was going to be pushing right up against when I needed this, but Todd told me he was having the team take care of it immediately and after waiting around for 5 minutes he had it finished. You just don't find commitment to customers like this anymore, and Reston Shirt and Graphic Company has an entire office of staff committed to quality and service! What an extraordinarily pleasant surprise, and these guys helped to create what will be a very memorable experience for our family as we get 4 generations together with custom shirts to have great-grandpa meet yet another young man of the same name! Thank you James, Todd, and the entire team at Reston Shirt & Graphic!

I worked here for about 10 months and it was by far the best place I've ever worked at. From the moment I walked in the door, every single person here made sure I felt at home. Any time I was confused, struggling or had any questions, they stepped up to help me with no hesitation. I can't tell you how much I appreciate them and everything they've taught me. James is the most understanding, friendly, and caring boss I've ever worked with. He told me many times that his employees are his second family and this is something that is lacking in so many other jobs I've worked in. This carries over to customer service as well. Every one of my coworkers treated our customers like they were family and it made a huge difference. I saw so many recurring customers coming back because they had formed a legitimate friendship with our company! More companies need to be this way!! If you're looking for a job in customer service, WORK HERE. Seriously you will never want to leave!! These people are like family to me and I guarantee that they will become a second family to you as well. :)
