The check in process was slow, without any acknowledgement of my arrival as I waited outside in my car to pull up as the cars in front where taken in for service. Eventually I went inside, with still no word of welcome or acknowledgement, waiting while the lady that arrived outside 10 minutes after me was served. The manager greeted me nicely when I was seen 30 minutes after my arrival, taking care of all my needs. The technician’s video using AudiCam was very clear and helpful. I also enjoyed the efficient and professional text communication system as I waited. The whole service didn’t take too long and overall I was happy, my rating was only negatively affected by my arrival, hence 4 stars rather than 5.

Everyone was so great, cheerful and kind! I am a amputee and they cared about every situation with my fast car I love! They have no idea the joy I get from driving my Audi! I am lost without it! I drive in Atlanta Traffic and everywhere. That alone can drive you nuts! They surely took care of me and me being a female , they did not waver in explaining everything! The other Audi dealership is very sad and needs to be trained by these great techs!!! Thanks again for being great!!

I walked into the showroom and was immediately greeted by Mark Kim. He was welcoming and courteous throughout the entire experience. The entire team is an example of true customer service. They were able to get my financing squared away at an even better rate and were quick and efficient. I will recommend this dealership, and team, to all of my family and friends.
