WARNING, Keep your copay receipt for years. I just got billed for a visit that was over one year old. The bill was for the copay they claimed I didn't pay. The first thing this place does when you sign in is collect your copay. There is no way I didn't pay this. I always pay cash and didn't keep the receipt, I will from now on. Looks like I'll have to keep these copay receipts for years. James Montoya
