Arrived here with limited hours remaining. (ELD) I ask them about time and explained. They unloaded my truck (windows) and got me out off dock with time to spare. Great guys work here. Dock kind of a pain but employees are fantastic.

Nice People, Poor Quality Company I don’t know where to start. I liked my salesmen/rep but the company delivered many wrong windows. The sizes were fine but the grids were wrong on almost a third of the windows I ordered. It took many weeks for them to deliver the correct ones, and then they delivered many of those with the wrong hardware. Then they delivered French doors without the grids. They had to go back and I had to wait for them to fix. Then they installed the windows and broke the glass on two and I had to wait several more weeks for them to replace. Then one window had a bad valence and the top sash would just drop, so they had to send someone out to fix and I had to wait for that. At the end of the day, the windows are cheaply made, the company’s internal communication and processes are ineffective, and the time from start to finish was many months. Just all unacceptable. I’m an investor who has multiple properties. I’ll find other vendors. Not worth the heartache, headache, cost, and time. Just an awful experience.
We have been a customer of Robert Bowden's for a few years the service is always friendly and courteous, since the company was purchased by BMC things are running very smooth now recommend them to any contractor looking for good prices and good turn around times.
