I called Busbee and Poss to have a survey done on a house some clients were purchasing. I had to leave a VM, but Mr. Busbee called me right back, gave me a great price, and the survey was sent to me exactly when I expected. I had a couple of questions afterwards, and they were super helpful. I would definitely recommend using this company.

At first I was a little apprehensive because I read the reviews. However, being a business owner myself I understand that some negative reviews can be unwarranted, so I decided to give them a try. That and they had some of the best prices I have been quoted. I was glad I did! They were very professional. They came on time, answered all my questions and provided excellent customer service. I found the surveyors polite, funny yet very helpful and business like. Michael Poss, one of the owners, was very communicative and prompt with his responses. My paperwork was filed quickly and accurately. They even sent follow up emails and calls to make sure i was happy with their service! I am very pleased with they quality of service they provided and the job they completed for us. I will definitely refer them to friends and use them again!

I had a great experience with Busbee & Poss. I worked closely with Michael W. Poss Jr. as we needed a survey for a variance we would submit for our house. Michael was very easy to work with and was attentive to our needs. Busbee & Poss was able to meet our deadline even though they only had a week to complete which was awesome. All other companies quoted 3 weeks to a month to complete which would significantly delay progress. I would highly recommend Busbee & Poss for your surveying needs!!

Mr. Busbee and his assistant Dale arrived at my property as promised and completed the survey efficiently, precisely and expertly, and at a very reasonable price. After the survey Mr. Busbee personally walked with me along all the property lines to make sure that I was familiar with their locations and to confirm that the survey had been conducted correctly.
