Absolutely excellent place that will get my business (3 cars each year) for now on. They were the fastest I've ever had emissions done, very professional, and after complaining about the place down the street near the railroad station, who charges you again if you fail, Cason said after paying once, they let you come back until you pass. Great place, great people!
Tried the place right down from here that’s 15 but they were closed. Cason was open, very friendly and quick. 20 and I’m on my way. Person running the test was a nice older gentleman wearing a mask during these trying times. Total test time start to finish about 6min. Signs say testing center only no diagnostic
Open on Sundays! I love how quick and easy it is to get both of our vehicles emissions test done. Jonathan is very polite and efficient. We come here every year because they don't overcharge you (20 for 96 and newer) and we always get excellent service.
First time using this business. I like to support local businesses but I won’t be going back. When you drive in the bay you can’t see inside because of the sun. The technician was guiding me in and let me drive into a metal housing unit on the floor. It was very hard to trust him after that. There was no apology or explanation. When paying I told him cars can’t see because of the sun and people have to count on his direction. No response at all. The test fee was 20.00. There are places that cost less and don’t allow you to run your vehicle into anything. The only upside was no wait but my experience may be why.
This is the first time I've had to do an emissions inspection in about 15 years. It went pretty smoothly. I had to buy a new has call because the old one didn't pass, and the technician blocked the bay so we wouldn't have to start the whole thing over. Crossed the street to Napa, got the part and the cat passed with flying colors. Very happy with the service.
This is my go to place from now on.. John is very polite and quick
