As others have posted, Emma is a fantastic host. Two of us arrived a bit stressed for our private session. The sauna experience in the amazing space is awesome! It was a stormy rainy day on the shore. No exterior distractions, just watching the rain and waves on Superior. Walking out toward the lake for the cold experience was exhilarating! We both commented after the 75 minutes that we felt more alert and revived. The stress was eliminated. We will definitely be going again when we visit Duluth.

It was a great day for a girls day trip to Duluth for a sauna! Emma was an outstanding host, as are all the hosts. I'm always amazed how relaxing and tranquil it is with being down in Canal Park along the Lakewalk. If I lived closer I would for sure be purchasing packages. This is an excellent add to any Duluth trip, for those new to or season veterans of sauna. Can't wait to come back and try the massage!

We stumbled upon Cedar and Stone Nordic Sauna in Canal Park after a day of mountain biking in Duluth. Absolutely wonderful experience! We enjoyed a beautiful moon rise over Lake Superior, while sipping tea and taking in the last steam of the day. We will most certainly be back on our next visit to Duluth. As a true Finn and sauna lover, this was a great experience. I love the fact that people other than Scandinavians are being exposed to the benefits of sauna. It was about 200 degrees and very comfortable. The steam from the wood stove was wonderful. being able to go sit by Lake Superior and cool down was very refreshing. I would recommend this to every one. Kiitos!

my husband and I just returned from our sauna and feel so refreshed and content. It was wonderful to look out over the lake and let our minds and bodies relax. I thought 75 minutes might be too long for a sauna, but when we were given our 15 minute notice I could not believe how quickly that time evaporated.
