Quick, professional and friendly service. Technician Chris was very informative and answered all of my questions clearly. Fair rates and easy to deal with. Furnace cleaning and new thermostat installed without any issues.
Comfort Systems has done great furnace and boiler work for me at reasonable rates. They are timely and efficient. The Comfort Policy has also paid for itself many times over.
I signed up online for a furnace cleaning appointment, and from start to finish I was very impressed. When I signed up, I was given a window of 12:30-4:30, and the repairman showed up around 1:30. He was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Not only did he thoroughly clean my furnace, he fixed an issue that came up after I had already signed up for the cleaning. He went above and beyond to fix the issue, and I am so glad for it!
I for some reason kept getting two bills in the mail. I had contacted them about a year ago saying that one of the billing addresses was to be canceled by a certain date. Apparently it wasn't canceled and I've been paying them on two different accounts. Mind you I had contacted them the first time I noticed this and was told it would be changed. Apparently it was not. Mind you this happened when we moved agin also. Plus they wanted a security deposit even after we had already been with them for over 4 years. Very disappointing. If there was a different company to go through I would probably switch.
