We hired Paul to do an inspection on a home we're interested in purchasing. As a first time homebuyer, it can be nerve-wracking and exciting to figure things out, but Paul put a lot of my fears at ease. He was thorough in his inspection and even pointed out a lot of things I hadn't read about in what to look for in an inspection. He patiently answered all my questions, and was very knowledgeable about the topic of homes in Duluth. He found a few things for us to address with the seller & offered good recommendations on what more urgent fixes were vs. what we should be looking at fixing or replacing in a few years, or in 15 years. Overall, I was very impressed and loved the report we got afterwards too, it will be an invaluable resource for me to reference for years to come.
