I really don't like to drop one star ratings anywhere and I mostly stick to restaurants and and other places for reviews, but this place needs to be reviewed. I saw that some people have had a problem with the judge and I can't personally relate to that, but what I can relate to, and what I see a lot of complaints about in here is the solicitor. He is one of the most rude human beings I have had the displeasure of coming across. I had an 80 fine to deal with, which, I understand is much smaller than the tickets most people have to deal with. I am a college student though. And I don't have a lot of money. I fixed up my car and I was taking it to the emissions place with and expired tag. But I was fixing my car. And I had proof in the form of receipts and an order from the emissions place. Cop pulls me over, fines me, big deal. I figure it'll be relatively easy to flip this over in court. Boy was I wrong. Wow. The solicitor wouldn't even let me get a word out and had the nerve to say, \Are you really going to contest an 80 fine?\ As if I have unlimited money. That fine is 20% of my savings! He was mean and disrespectful and he hurt my feelings badly enough with his \Im gonna talk over you\ attitude that I just paid the 80. It was literally worth that amount of money to get that here to stop talking to me. This place just wants your money. I didn't have a problem with anyone else at this place but this guy's drags the whole thing underwater if you ask me.

First off I want to state that having court in the middle of a pandemic for petty things...terrible idea. You can tell they’re thirsty for funds. The worst court I’ve ever been to. The solicitor and judge are EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. Especially the SOLICITOR. You can tell he’s so unhappy with his life. For the love of God! They definitely need better people here. Everyone else was decent.

Not sure why a mandatory court appearance is necessary for a minor traffic violation. Especially since COVID-19 is still on the rise. It was confirmed that several people would be around each other. This is very concerning. I thought it was apparent before but now it’s very apparent that most of GA doesn’t care about the well being of it’s citizens. Will consult with several close friends that are lawyers.

Went to get fingerprinted. Didn't realize they don't offer fingerprinting services until 10AM. Lovely lady at the front desk told me as much when I walked in the door at about 9AM, but when nobody else walked in after about 20 minutes she went ahead and got my fingerprint cards done for me. Didn't take hardly any time at all and I was out the door quickly. Since the coronavirus is rampant they do require masks and social distancing, and there's multiple hand sanitizer stations in the lobby. Overall, not a bad experience.

Good luck to everyone going to court to fight a speed trap ticket. After having to drive down Duluth’s streets for a while for work where the big is made from going from 45MPH to 35MPH and hanging out there to terrorize people “speeding” I gotta say, I’m super happy people are calling out Officer Spann. “Badge number 1181” had me cracking up...good for people to put that. She was by far, in my opinion a super rude, intimidating cop, chilling at the speed trap intersections, handing out her hot pencil tickets. Hopefully she’s at least not doing traffic anymore. Maybe by now she’s got people in tears on the desk phone.
