My experience at Georgia Urology at Johns Creek has always been very positive. The receptionist and medical staff are pleasant and efficient. The waiting room is quiet and comfortable without the constant blaring of cable news channels. Sometimes we need peace and quite before seeing the doctor and filling out required forms. Dr. Yuan is a no-nonsense type of professional instilling a great deal of confidence in me; trusting his judgment and treatment when discussing my medical issues.

It was great to have the online registration before hand so the wait time at the appointment was quick. The staff was very professional and courteous. My appointment was at 8:40 and I was finished and back in my car by 9:14.It was my first appointment with this office and they ran all the first patient tests on me and I was still out in under an hour. Amazing! I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a urologist.

I am extremely thankful for Dr. Mellis & Dr. Yuan's knowledge & guidance during my recent kidney stone analysis. I feel at ease & very comfortable when conversing with them, regarding my 30 year history of kidney stones. I have had two surgeries & both were exactly as I had expected, based on what I was told. I thought I was gonna be late so called in and the receptionist was welcoming and reassured me that it would be okay. Turns out I got there early and was greeted as soon as we came through the door. The office was clean and nicely decorated. The nurse called my son name while donning a beautiful smile and friendly demeanor. She quickly took us to our room and begin taking his vitals. Within minutes Dr Cerwinka-Georgia came into the room. He was very informative, patient, willing to answer all my questions, referred me to a fellow DR he works with that our family needed, was gentle with my son and had great bedside manners We drove all the way from Buford to receive such excellent care and we will do it again!

Dr. Juan was a pleasant, honest, and efficient doctor who treated my husband with respect and dignity. On the other hand, we had a horrible experience with the Practice Administrator, Susie. When my husband called to ask for his lab work results, we were given one lab work value and told she cannot give the remainder of the values because she didn't have to and there were too many. I thought that was the patient's right???? She was very rushed and rude on the phone! She actually hung up on me which was extremely unprofessional ! Not sure why a top-notch Urology Practice would have somebody like that as their administrator! Very frustrated with the treatment over the phone.
