I've had a pretty bad experience with this company. While readying to go abroad, I wanted to get few protective foam molds to safely transport wine in my luggage, so I checked few websites and Gorilla Shipper website seemed like the most reasonable place. So I ordered 4 double shippers (for eight 750 ml bottles). The only confirmation that I was emailed was a transaction receipt from the 3rd party payment system with IDs and codes mostly, not item information or anything. I guess I am spoiled by other online companies with their shipping times, but a week later having not heard from Gorilla Shipper any more I had to email them asking when I should expect the delivery. At least I received a reply that it will take another week. Then few days later I got slapped with a surcharge due to residential delivery which effectively doubled my shipping cost. When I finally received an order, one of the foam molds was missing a top piece. If they can't count to 4, I can only wonder what happens when they package items in bulk. I thought it was not worth going back trying to resolve it. Had enough. I understand that their primary target is companies with bulk orders, well the solution is then to remove the other options from the website, or update it to reflect the total cost including surcharges and all. Not hard to do, it is 2017 for God's sake. No more Gorilla Shipper for me!
