Maybe it's because of covid, but there were only a handful of stores open. Judging from the lack of upkeep on the outside I was surprised there was any life at all inside. Two stars for the cool horror movie atmosphere.

Got my first virus shot today in the old Sears store. Very efficient and helpful. The rest of the mall is a mess!

This Mall is not what it used to be when I worked at a retail store back in 2010. So sad to see how bad it is. A good friend even told me it’s dangerous inside, because you can get robbed.

I grew up in the area and this used to be the only decent place to shop for miles. It's sorta sad to see what's become of it but there seems to be a few stores left, somehow. I haven't been since all this covid stuff started but it was always an interesting place to take an air conditioned walk in the Atlanta summers.

Mega Mart which takes up some of the now-vacant Gwi Place Mall carries good fresh Asian foods and other dry items. Don't plan to eat lunch there. The restaurant is overpriced and the food is not worth the money.
