I cannot say enough about this place. For any and all spa services this is it!! My facial and 1 hour massage turned into nap time. I was taken to paradise in my dreams. This was my 3rd visit. I have not been disappointed.

I really hope to up the rating on this place after another visit or two. I visited for the benefit of using the varied saunas. There are about six or seven, themes differently. However, out of the three I tried only one has a reasonable temp where I walked away with a sweat. The benefit of a sauna is the sweating out of toxins. So, improvement is needed there first and foremost. Another downer is the way the facility is managed. Customers are allowed to use electronic devices inside the saunas, which is totally against protocol based on my experience with using saunas. I was also disappointed with how the customers are not advised of what is available for use or where. The atmosphere on my Easter Sunday visit was one that appeared to be a hangout spot as opposed to a health n wellness facility. This is far below my expectations of a wellness facility that is suppose to elevate health.

Don't listen to the bad reviews!!! I feel like a new woman and everyone was so kind! I highly recommend the body shampoo with cucumber mask and the hip bath! I could literally come once a week and never get tired of this relaxing place. Price is SUCH A STEAL for what you're getting. Thank you Jeju for being such an amazing place of health and relaxation!

Beautiful concept; a 24-hour health sabbatical. But, it catered to a very young (and active) crowd. Even loud at times. Had to go into sauna to get away from it all. Would I go again? - DEFINITELY, but in the early AM only. Would I recommend? - Absolutely!

Well what can I not say about this. Nothing if you are looking to pamper yourself this is it. The many services they offer are well worth it. I personally enjoy the hip bath. The different relaxation rooms are a must. And you can even grab something to eat. But be ready for the steam room it definitely will get your pores open.

This was my first time at a Korean Spa and it was really good. It's a unique experience for someone like me, as I was a bit nervous about being naked around a lot of other guys (and this is only in the locker room and whirlpools/bath and wet sauna area. The co-ed part is fully clothed in the uniform they provide). But I got used to it and was able to relax and enjoy the whole experience. We went on a very busy day and still, the guys section wasn't overcrowded. Had the body scrub/shampoo and, while it did hurt a bit as they use a rough mitt to scrub your entire body, afterwards it felt really refreshing. I recommend this place highly.

Here's the BAD: the food. Ordered shrimp fried rice. I can cook it better, I've tasted better. It was bland, rice was mushy. Showers should've had soap dispensers instead of bar soap for sanitary reasons. Here's the GOOD: the place is sanitary & efficient w/ payments accessed through your wristband they give you. There was someone cleaning constantly. It's smaller than the Korean Bathhouse I've been to in DC, but it still is relaxing in the pools/hot tubs/saunas/various rooms. Nice way to relax the day away.

This place is the awesome. It is open 24 hour covid-19 or not they have good food. They have a heated pool a Jacuzzi you name it. This place is a whopping 6,000 square feet. The prices are good. I swear i'll go here at least 2 time a week.
