Laura from Just for You Florals went above and beyond to deliver a last minute arrangement for Christmas! My sister-in-law who lives in Flowery Branch found out days before Christmas that her trip to Hawaii had been cancelled. To add some cheer to her holiday, I found Just for You Florals online and called and spoke with Laura late afternoon on Dec 23rd. She was low on inventory due to high holiday demand but said she would check with her grower and see what she could do. She then found what turned out to be the perfect items to give a nod to Hawaii (a beautiful orchid plant) and Christmas (an evergreen with a decorate your own Christmas tree kit) and artfully arranged both in a whimsical pink basket which is my sister-in-law’s favorite color. Late that night she attempted to deliver it but due to a driving rainstorm, could not locate the residence. She then went out of her way and delivered it on Christmas Day! Exceptional service and so friendly to work with!

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. The item I ordered said it was for same day delivery, 4 days later I have yet to recieve it. Every time I call I can't get through to them and when I do they are very unhelpful and can't tell me where my order is. I also payed for express shipping to get it the same day by 1 pm and asked two separate people twice for a refund and haven't recieved that yet either. called earlier and she said they'd refund me just ten dollars for the 86 I spent on their crazily overpriced flowers. Dont waste your time and money its not worth it,the only thing you'll get is the machine when you call them and an unhelpful representative if you happen to get through. I have never seen such unprofessionalism for a business. They must need some help to run it because they clearly are not doing a good job. A solution to fix some of this would be to provide tracking on their orders because you ask them where it is and they cant tell you anything. You better off just getting flowers at Publix or some other store because this is just some straight up BS. truly ridiculous especially if you speak to Julia. Good luck if you order from them and good luck trying to get through to them to get refunded when you don't receive your order. ------------VERY UNHAPPY AND ANGRY CUSTOMER ( but not a customer of them anymore because they suck!!!!!)
