I love the convenience of the kiosks. I have used them for years. This year not so much as the kiosks was out of order. Wish there was a way to know before driving over there.

After seeing that the wait at the tag office was over 2 hours, I came here 2 weeks ago and the kiosk was down. Yesterday, I called Kroger and asked if the kiosk was working and was told it was. I drove my 30 minute route to get there and found it to be out. I then went to the kiosk at the Kroger at Chamblee Dunwoody and the kiosk was not working. Why have kiosks if they don't work???

As A first timer I would pretty much say that I was really satisfied. Really Fast paced service. In and out within 5 minutes. Beats going down to the tag office and standing in line for 20-30 minutes. I would recommend going here instead
I went to my local Kroger to try the kiosk. Standing in lìne I was nervous because I didnt have a clue what to do. My turn came, my ID wouldnt scan so it asked my name and a few other minor questions about me and my car. \Next\ \Next\....out pops my new registration. 3-4 mins tops, with me typing in all my answers. My only suggestion. Not place the Kiosk so close to the door. It gets congested for the store customers.
