I visited the Pleasant Hill location today with an appointment for my daughter and myself. I have worn eyeglasses and contact lenses for over twenty years. From beginning to end, I have never been so pleased with a visit to the eye doctor. Customer service, professionalism, competency, and proficiency are A1. I truly believe they are both unmatched and unbeatable. Price points are also a plus. Thank you guys for all that you do.

Dont let the 59 sale fool you. After an exam they tell you you can only select from about 5 trash frames available. Manger Ellis was rude and didnt seem to care aboit customer service. Deception at its finest!

Went there this morning for my eye exam! Will definitely go again. Everyone I interacted with had MAGNIFICENT customer service! Francesca was extremely patient with me when I had a hard time deciding what glasses I wanted and she helped me pick them out. She was very professional. She apologized if she made mistakes! And also gave me a very good deal on Glasses Definitely my new place to go to for glasses!

Customer service is atrocious. I was initially happy with my purchase for a seemingly good price. Once I tried to get a copy of my prescription it has been a nightmare. Been fighting for a week to get a copy and I keep getting the run around.
