Terrible quality. This is the install I was left with. Cracked trim. Shoddy details. Mismatched colors. I've been in contact with Pella about this issue but I am still waiting to hear when they will be able to schedule anyone to come replace the pieces but they (Trish: Project Coordinator) no longer answer phone calls.

We had an excellent experience with Pella. We replaced all of the windows in our home with the 250 Series vinyl window which meets our needs perfectly. From start to finish, dealing with the representatives of Pella was an ease and was very thorough. Our sales rep, Kane, quoted our project upon our initial meeting in our home and was very responsive throughout the entire process. As promised, our installation was excellent, tidy, and professional. We have had them installed for about 6 months, and have already started to see a reduction in our energy bills. I highly recommend choosing Pella for window replacements.

Our rep, Terry West, was great. He answered my questions but didn’t overstay his welcome in our home. The scheduling people called when they were supposed to. The installers showed up on time and cleaned inside and out when they left. We’ve only had our windows in a few weeks but they look great.

I purchase all Pella windows and doors about 17 years ago. Up to now, I have had to repaint all of them and they probably need it again. I just had one to break on the inside which is about 15 feet above floor level. Warranty, as stated, is for 20 years. I sent Pella all the information they requested to the best of my ability. They denied warranty due to stress cracks (after 17 years) or it being hit from the inside (15 feet above floor level) without even looking at the glass. I have no kids and cannot even guess how it could have been broken from the inside. However, they give me a quote of 584 to repair.....local company will repair for 180. I leave it to you to decide if Pella is a good buy.
