Please hire more employees who will be there longer than 2 months. The store is super nice. It has an amazing Aquatic section which is very impressing. The Aquatic program here is the biggest one in Georgia. Unfortunately, the store's employees are always exhausted and overworked. Please hire more employees to take care of the place and all of the pets there. I really like the lady who've been there for 13 years, Vickie. She's the reason why the Aquatic section is still up and running like it is. The store has an immense amount of diverse aquatic creatures and I always spent 1 hour looking at the fishes every. single. time. Please hire more employees and give them good pay rates so they can stay longer through this tough time. The pets deserve it, the people who shops there deserve it, and the employees deserves it as well.

Decent Selection and clean. Has most of your average small pets ans supplies in stock. They also offer dog grooming.
Wasn't really impressed due to over pricing. Several items I looked at, I checked at a direct competitor the next day. Items like dog crates, pads, and beds were much less expensive and these were high quality brands. I did however purchase many items that day that were reasonably priced. I did note the lack of associate assistance throughout the store. I also noted two floor associates talking for several minutes to each other and ignoring customers. Having been in retail management, I would not have allowed this. The associate at the Point of sale, (POS), was very helpful and courteous. The associate found us multiple discounts on items we purchased that day and also provided us with a 10 discount card on a future purchase. The store was very clean. There was plenty of handicap parking near the entrance as well.
Went in for a visit close to closing tonight, and everything was spotless and well organized! First time I've ever been to a pet store and not seen dead fish all over the place. All the animals looked healthy and happy! And they had a huge assortment of animals! Didn't see any cats or dogs, but the birds and fish were especially amazing! The birds even had their own little glass room, which I thought was a nice touch.
Always super friendly and willing to help. Good quality products. Aquarium staff is knowledgeable, skilled, and helps keep my tanks happy and healthy!
