Every time I come here to get work done on my Grand Cherokee, this place always have the best customer service. This time around I worked with Bobby who’s the most sweetest and understanding person. There was a small miscommunication as to when my vehicle would be seen however he made sure to provide me with updates daily via text message and was able to make a last minute change for me without hassle. I went in for a test drive and the sales associate that helped me was great! Unfortunately, the Finance Manager/Team was way too aggressive. I wasted more than 2 hrs at the dealership, over just trying to get a simple test drive. I allowed their appraisal team to evaluate my car during my test drive, but the Manager “playfully” refused to return my keys once I got to the point where I was ready to leave. The payment numbers weren’t realistic and I didn’t like someone trying to force me to sign an agreement when they hadn’t even ran my credit. Additionally the appraisal team left my car unlock for who knows how long in the alley beside the building! Finally, only about half the staff in the entire building were wearing masks at any given time.

Sent me home in a dangerous vehicle!!! During test drive I specifically pointed out a noise that was happening when going over bumps and was told \the service manager really wants this car and went over it really well and it has no issues\ to which I reiterated that the sound did not sound good and that I wanted them to make sure it was safe.. turns out the ball joints were gone which I found out while driving when one of them sheared off SCARY.. upon inspecting the other one there is no way this car should have left the lot with such blown out suspension parts! We have also never received any receipt, invoice, or our other paper work promised and are still trying to get our hands on that (was supposed to be delivered with the car upon delivery). Can't say I would recommend this dealer as they sent me home in an unsafe car and getting simple information has been like pulling teeth. I understand a used vehicle will have wear and tear but when a buyer specifically points out a potential safety issue and is told its all good that is a problem!!! Also during inspection process I was told the very nice high end tires the truck was advertised with were cupped and \unsafe\ despite having less than 3000 miles on them and exhibiting no signs of cupping when I felt them.. so the 300.00 tires got replaced with 150.00 tires (was told similar tire would be installed but upon delivery found lesser tires installed). In response to calling.. I called and emailed several times to address this and was told to bad \its not covered\. Anyone buying a used car here should think twice as your safety is of no concern to these people.
