This company is up and coming. They definitely have a lot they need to work on, including customer service! I've had negative experiences with staff there. The only person that has been of assistance to me has been Pam in the service department. She is always polite and willing to help. I was sent an old machine that wouldn't run upon installation. However they sent out a tech to repair it. I lost many days of work, and money due to this. I was highly upset as I was denied a return form from the company for the bad product. But the issue was fixed. All is well now. I can not say I would recommend them but the machine is wonderful.. now that it's fixed after all the hustle and bustle.!

This company is the definition of a mess! 1. They treat their employees like crap! I have come into the office and witnessed verbal arguments and insults between managers and employees. The red head, Linda I believe is her name, will do anything to sell you a machine.. leading to my next point. 2. If you're expecting a new machine when you purchase from Robopac.. good luck! I received a dirty used machine that had dust, an odd substance that looks like dried meat or feces and did not run properly. When I called to return my machine I was interrogated by Linda (the manager there) as to why I wanted to make the return!! I have a right as a customer to make returns!! I AM VERY UPSET with the company and will be taking my business elsewhere. 3.If you place an order with them, expect it to arrive damaged and/or scratched!!!! I would like to know how a manufacturer of stretch wrapping machines, that are supposed to ensure that the customer's products ship safely, damages their product while in route to their customer! Every time I call there is a new person working there.. which goes to show how high of a turnover they have. BAD BAD BAD business. They may as well shut down, hire all new staff.. and try again.. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!
