My base top load washer has been down for 6 weeks. Sears keeps sending the same replacement parts and the service people either never show up or they keep doing the same thing. Trying to get reimbursed but that literally takes weeks. Emails to customer service were detailed with photos and replies were \We're happy you had a great experience with Sears.\ Now you know why this company is always bankrupt.

I had 6 different techs sent out to my home from Sears for a fridge under warranty. All gave me different stories, information. One flat out lied and reported completely different information back to Sears than he told me which caused a huge headache. I reported my issue at the beginning of August. I still have a fridge that is not working reliably at the end of October. Ridiculous.
It was done right. A bit pricy, but I recommend them for completing the work to my satisfaction.
My treadmill was serviced by Sears and I am extremely satisfied with the wat the technician performed his job.
Tech was very professional and respected the Covid 19 recommendations. Service was quick and complete!
