My first bike purchase other than Walmart bikes. Brent asked what kind of riding I do, showed me some options and set me up with the perfect bike. He showed me everything I need to know about my bike and is available anytime to help out. Excellent purchase!

Am not a fan of their customer service. I've had a few bad experiences here. I think it's that they don't value individuals as much as other shops in town because they have a lot of business. Hopefully they can improve the experience for customers in the future.
I was gifted a pair of pants from Ski Hut that unfortunately didn't quite fit. Their return process was simple and easy, and I was so happy to find a pair of pants that will be perfect for all my winter outdoor adventures.
If I could give this place 10 stars out of 5, I would. My first time here, was over the summer for my mountain bike purchase. The staff was very knowledgeable, and was ready to help with whatever I needed, and got me fitted for a bike. Walked out of the store happy, and satisfied. The next time I went in was today (11/21/20) to purchase a new snowboard set. I would like to say thanks, and give a special shout-out to Cory for helping me through the entire process. From selecting the board, to the bindings, to the boots, and even socks, Cory had useful knowledge on all the products. Not only did he share information on the products, but he also shared experiences, and stories he’s had with them as well. Which really helped with my purchase. Every time I’ve visited SkiHut, I’ve always been welcomed with top-tier service, and hospitality. A phenomenal local shop with the small business family charm that exceeds all expectations. Whenever I leave the store, I am always looking for reasons to go back. Thank you SkiHut, keep doing what you’re doing. - A satisfied customer
