I’m not one to leave negative reviews. I always reach out directly to the company first and give them an opportunity to make things right. Unfortunately, Spartan will not respond to my emails. I sent my camera in for repair and was told when they put a new antenna on, it worked fine. The photo they took at their office even showed up on my app so I am aware that they did get it working, however, when I received the camera back from Spartan it did not work again. I have another Spartan camera that works just fine, but this one is lemon. This is the 3rd antenna and 2nd SIM card on this camera. I’ve sent multiple emails to them this week but no luck receiving a reply. This is my last ditch effort to get this resolved. Could someone please get back with me!???

The Spartan Cameras are truly next level when compared to others we have used! The trigger speed, support and ease of the app separates them from other manufactures. They are a far superior camera in comparing to others as we have ran multiple different cameras over the years. We only use spartan cameras now due to the remote locations we have to depend on quality and reliability! Spartan provides both along with excellent support when needed. We will continue to promote them as they are proven reliable.

Very happy with camera so far. Nice to not have to go into the field to check my camera now. Definitely see 4-5 more of these in my future. Taking a bit to figure out all of the functions and different options in the setup menu, but that’s part of the fun.
