Not your average Crackle Barrel. I find the staff and customers are always friendly and in good spirits. I was surprised how the gift shop has become so impressive over the years. Over 20 years I have been going to Crackel Barrel, located right off the highway, the wait is never too long. Two thumbs up!

Always friendly service when I visit. COVID precautions are enforced. My favorite is the pancakes with eggs and bacon. They always come out cooked just right! The pancakes are cooked to perfection with melted butter on top. The customer service is A1. The waiters are always attentive and seat customers with a enough distance in between. I would definitely recommend.
Our server, Brooke, get high marks! She kept our glasses full and was very attentive. The food was great as usual. Unfortunately, someone at corporate decided to remove chicken livers from the menu. This needs to be corrected immediately! We eat more chicken livers here than any other meal on the menu.
Chicken pot pie was really good
