I was super and worried about having a COVID test performed. Everyone was kind, caring, and professional. The young lady at the front desk took care to address my concerns while keeping herself and me safe (distancing when I breached the plexiglass). The nurse was patient with me because I was terrified of having the exam. The doctor was incredibly knowledgeable and took time to answer my questions as well as my sisters questions about the accuracy of the exam. I’m really thankful to all three of them. ️️️ Fun fact: my test was negative. So, I thank God for that!!!!

The next care team was very organized. As a person in the community being faced with an urgent issue, the COVID-19 pandemic. I was seen promptly no lengthy waiting. The staff was very efficient, and the Doctor very knowledgeable. Thank you to the team I saw on Sunday 7 Feb21 at the Dumfries clinic.

Efficient, friendly and helpful. I wasn’t able to get an appointment with my PCP so I booked w/ NextCare. Able to be seen in a timely manner, especially given ‘COVID craziness’. Got seen, got results and treatment plan and was on my way w/in 40 mins.

Schedule a week ahead, came at 5:45, was out by 6:30. Was able to wait in my car, nurse called me asked me some questions and then told me to come in and head to my room number. Fast easy and great customer service.

Always great attention at Fettler location in Dumfries. Even when they’re full, receptionists are willing to help. Dr takes appropriate amount of time with you, is personable and shows he cares.
