Dumb Runs Etc. has to be one of the best trash removal services in Fairfield County. John was so kind to help my family during a huge last minute crisis during our move. He was on time, productive, and so down to earth. His prices for removal are half the price of other competitors and my family was able to save a lot on an already costly move. John, thank you again for your service. As he reminds everyone he is not the city dump or transfer station, but a trash removal service please be mindful of that.

My experience with this company was very negative. I've ordered junk pickup on May 8 at 10 am in Norwalk, CT and was told that John will be on time. Just a precaution I've called a night before and left a message with the reminder. Long story short, John never showed up on May 8th, never answered my calls either, in short, he set me up for a failure. I was lucky to find another company who did junk removal on a short notice. I would never recommend such irresponsible company for anyone.
Quick, and efficient. The owner is nice to deal with.
