Let's face it, car buying for shoppers has become as efficient as possible. One-time lot visits are not all uncommon before purchase. That was my family's experience with Duncan. There was a lot of email communication up front a few days out. Once my lead was assigned to Dave Ramsey, I experienced prompt attention and top notch customer service. I learned Dave came from the hospitality industry and it shows. The lot was packed with inventory, relatively busy with customers, but when we arrived, Dave was ready once again to take care of us. The dealership was clean, smelled clean and had a laid back feeling. Kudos to Dave and Duncan Team!

Service department has great availability, fast service, and knowledgeable representatives. Working with them is a pleasant experience much different from the impersonal interactions and long wait times to get car repairs at other dealer service centers. My Mazda 3 has almost 350,000 miles on it and still runs like a champ!

Purchased a certified pre-owned Mazda CX5 from Steve Price at Duncan Mazda. I can enthusiastically recommend Steve to others. We got a great deal on the car, the customer service was above and beyond, and Steve is also just an all-around kind person.
