This dealership far exceeded my expectations. After buying my car, we found an issue. Ford Motor didn't cover it but the local Dealership fixed the problem. Very professional with transaction. Frank and Darren were awesome.

Took my car to this place for a simple diagnostic check. When the check was done they offered to fix my car for a large amount of money. I declined. When the car was returned to me the check engine light was on. Mind you the check engine light was not on when they took possession of the car and my diagnosis was for an ignition problem. The man in the service department was not very nice either. The only positive I have to report was the receptionist was a very nice person. I enjoyed talking with her while I waited.I do not recommend this place of business.

I had a fantastic first time car buying experience. Dealing with Chuck online and Darin in person made my experience that much better. They were very up front about everything about what they did to the vehicle and its history and I couldn't be happier with the one I got.

They initially told me labor was 115 a hour to fix an ignition switch. I ask kindly that the job be done if possible at a certain time due to an appt. I had to make. I get the bill, they ended up charging me 323 dollars for labor for less than one hour to complete because they ended up putting two people on the job instead of one. Talking about reading in between the lines. When I’m told 115 a hour, I expect to be charged the following. Extremely disappointed! This is exactly how you burn bridges.
