IN AND OUT ! i usually go to the Dallas tax office but i decided to stop by this one. Im so happy with how patient and helpful the staff were even the security's are sooo nice! I waited no less than 2 min to be called from my number they gave me ( and less than 5 w the whole process)

Choice location for many years for title transfers and other tax fee issues. Most of the time - the wait time is marginal. As the city population grew - so did the lives. Progress happens! Bling Blinky of Texas Shout Out: Take a number and be patient.
Well organized, even with the ever changing Covid guidelines. Staff were friendly and helpful as always. Shame this location is closing down
The lady at the information desk is the nicest person I’ve met at offices like these. She is awesome. Always smiling and willing to help. A true gem.
This Location at 100 E Wheatland Rd has closed as of 11/6/20. They moved to a new building located at 8301 S. Polk St, Dallas, Tx 75232 \South Dallas Government Center\ as of November 9th 2020. They are still Monday-Friday 8am to 4:30 pm
