I normally order a lobster tail with my meals. I chose grilled salmon and shrimp scallop with a side of bake potato. The salmon was perfect, I only hate that I didn't order more salmon. My potato was excellent. Our server was cheerful and on her job. Seating was spacious and comfortable and here was sanitizer available near the guest desk. I'll be back for the lobster tails.

We waited 20mins to be seated.. we had Tobi as our server, she is really sweet, she was a lil busy but was able to attend our needs and made sure to check up on us .. food was really outstanding.. the biscuits was exceptional. we enjoyed everything, definitely coming back and ask for Tobi again..

5 stars was for the service it was excellent. The food however bit bland for the hubby. He had the Admiral Platter. I had the Coconut Jumbo Shrimp plate it was good.

Review edit / update : after I spoke to Princess, the manger, I felt she was determined to improved my experience at Red Lobster. I appreciate her problem solving skills and her willingness to hear me out and offer a solution. Today was a bad experience at this location. First they took the person 18 minutes to take my order and she kept putting me on hold then she came back and asked me what kind of pasta I want it after I ordered the shrimp trio and it comes with shrimp Alfredo. When I got home they had angel hair spaghetti with shrimp on top that’s not what I ordered. I did call and speak to a manager named cookie I believe and she did apologize and said that she would mail out gift cards for the inconvenience

I have heard rave reviews about this restaurant. I would say that the food is “decent” but nothing to brag about. The cheesy pasta was okay but had better at similar places. My order was incorrect when presented and the waiter was not attentive. The silver lining was the biscuits,they were very tasty! Overall,I’m not ruling out me returning but not in a rush either.
