This Walmart has really gone downhill. They have an almost non-existent children's clothes section. The children's shoe section is always bare. If you need to get an item in a locked case, expect to wait...a while! Employees actually willing to assist you are few and far between in this store.

I am very disappointed with this store recently tried using my manufacture coupons and one of the Managers interpretation of their use was totally not correct and she was rude to boot! I have had good experiences in this store but the bad out number the good the shelves of wanted items are always “empty” and it is very hard to find personnel to assist you. The self service area is a joke! The personnel need a crash course in how to determine the language stated in manufacture coupons and great customer service which is definitely lacking in This Store especially with the “Managers”!! I am new to Walmart in Baltimore and will definitely find another one to shop! North Point is definitely not for me!!

Everybody shopping, here they had a special buy but I missed it! So I spent my TV money on new stuff to wear to work, and got some food too! I haven’t been hear in a while! Nice store, I think I walked the whole building too! Nice place, busy too! I was gonna return something but that return line made me think twice, I’ll probably need it later thanks

Shelves need to be stock. You have to look for someone to assist you. You wait 15 mins/or more for someone to unlock merchandise. Bring back the price checkers so check out can run smoothly with no back up.
