First of all the place was a huge suprise. Located in Dunedin Florida. An unpretentious gem. Prices are very reasonable. Food is quasi authentic, but it's not New Orleans. Be aware parking is limited. And it's beer & wine only. Very nice place stop by for an outdoor lunch or early dinner.

Been wanting to stop by Happy’s for some time now as I’m always passing through the area. Finally did and have probably been back 4-5 times in the last few weeks alone! Great Food, service, atmosphere. They’ve god it. Best Oyster Po Boy since my trip to NOLA.

A must go place! The gumbo was great, the muffalata was very tasty. The alligator bites were cooked better than the places I ate at when I lived in Mississippi. The ladies that work there are so polite and helpful. There was live music that was good as well. I cannot recommend this place enough...it is places like this that I search for and hope everyone visits!

We had the Natchitoches Meat Pies and both the Fried Oyster and Alligator Sausage Po'Boys and they were all phenomenal! Great prices, cool location, and super cozy little outdoor spot that we were super happy to have found. My girlfriend is from the Mississippi Gulf Coast with family in New Orleans so she's quick to tell me what's the real deal and what's not and she highly approved. Will be back very soon.
