I have been practising at the dojo for about a year and am very pleased with the training I have received. Before joining I tried out several different classes and styles and I can say that this dojo stays true to the fundamentals of Aikido. Sensei Holland emphasises on getting the basics right and his instructions are precise and easy to follow. What makes the dojo a great place to learn is the quality of students and their sincerity. Every student is helpful and friendly. The class size is small and feels like you are part of a tight knit group. Aikido is quiet different from other martial arts in the sense that it based on flow and utilising the energy of your opponent without harming them. So it has a lot of subtleties which need practice and precise instructions. I can say with confidence that you can find that here at the Aikido Holland dojo.
