Although we didn’t choose this apartment complex, Tia was a great host. She kept in contact and made touring the place easy. She showed great hospitality and made sure that every question was answered. She very knowledgeable and easy to contact also. Great job Tia!!!

5/7/19 - Dear reader, I am going to be completely honest with you about every single inconvenience and issue that has occurred since I have stayed at Camden Dunwoody. First and foremost, don't stay here. If it wasn't for my amazing roommates and the great times we shared together, I would have never lived here by myself. Ever. It is not worth it at all. Do you really want to live somewhere where the gate is broken every other day because undesirables have identified the neighborhood as an easy target to steal packages, mail and even get into cars? Whats even more embarrassing is seeing leasing agents try to take potential future residents on a tour and they can't even get in the gate because its broken? My next problem is the visitor parking and vehicles getting booted. If you have people over, good luck finding a spot. If they stay over, their car will be booted and you'll have to pay a ridiculous fine. Also, did you know that not only unwelcome guests steal from here but rats by the mailboxes and dumpsters are the size of small cats! The people here are unfriendly, wreaks of weed and lazy. Do yourself a favor and go across the street or find anywhere else but this place. Camden Dunwoody is by far one of the most expensive and trashiest places I have ever stayed.
Clean, quiet, good staff, great looking units and updated appliances. TERRIBLE PARKING. I pay 10.00 a month just solely for my parking space (on top of my 1400 rent) only to constantly have to park 3 buildings away from my apartment. I wouldn’t post this if they attempted to change the policies even if they can’t magically make more spaces. They have not done any such attempt after a year of pushback and complaints.
It's my Anniversary! ! ! I feel quite grateful for the staff at my new residence Camden Dunwoody. Thank You for playing an incomparable role of assisting me with making a house a home Nichole, Brandi, T, John, Preston, Mike and others. Continue to be quite pleasant. Your ample staff is carrying out the true definition of home is where the heart is beginning with customer service alone. Our staff is always quite prompt when contacted and actually turns requests into complete thoughts humbly and with care. That is a genuine aspect of home is where the heart is. Keep up the excellence. I'm delighted to feel cozy in a luxury community that I recently was not able to leave much at all because of social distancing. It was much less of a bother because of where I rest my head alone. I feel like a Queen at home from the pristine unit, catered to landscaping and my valued staff. Its quite obvious that Camden's residents are appreciated by the fact that its quite frequent that some aspect of the community is constantly being maintained or upgraded. Fantastic. I lived here for 15 months and cannot say enough wonderful things about the people who work here. I have lived in quite a few different apartments over the years and I have never experienced a place being so on top of everything. Everyone in the leasing office is very professional and friendly and they always contact you back if they miss your call. I've never lived somewhere with such a huge maintenance team - which means work orders are finished very quickly. Being a young female who lives alone typically has me feeling uneasy with putting in work orders, but the entire maintenance staff at Camden Dunwoody always made me feel so comfortable and safe. If I didn't have to move for my job I absolutely would have stayed.
