We were hearing a horrible rattle from my dryer. Tech found out the issue quickly, that it was just lint build up around the blower. He recommended we get a duct work cleaned out every few years. He charged us reasonably. Will recommend

Same experience as previous reviewer. I was given an appointment time from 10 to 12, and told they need a credit card number just for their file, and wouldn’t be charged until after they came. I was then charged the 85 before anyone even came to my home. A technician called me at 9:30 PM because he didn’t understand what I needed done (we have small kids, WAY to late to make a business call). By 11:30 the next day no one had called to tell me they were coming. I called, and was told my appointment was from 12 to 4. Said I needed to cancel I needed a refund. They told me my card had not been charged and I had misunderstood. Had to raise holy hell to get it taken off of my card. Customer service extremely rude. I never leave a bad review! I mean ever. But that was unacceptable.
If you want highly experienced and reliable service, call Dunwoody Appliance Repair. I never had any disappointments when dealing with them.
They were careful with my unit. It was a True commercial fridge. I requested for same day service. All in all I will rate the service a 10 out of 10. Keep it up!
