They aren’t as knowledgeable as they were when they were just GPC. The communication is terrible and they send you on wild goose chases. I’ve tried coming in to get help which was 3 weeks ago and nobody knew what to do and I’ve waited on the phone for long periods of times. I’m just trying to be able to access my account so I can pay my account off it really should not be this difficult

Its got all the essentials you need to get a workout in. Not quite the downtown campus weight room but enough machines and free weights to keep a workout at a good pace if is doesn't get crowded.
