I made an appointment several weeks out at the 3343 Peachtree Rd., Ste M10B location, my appointment was on a Monday, the Friday before at 4:45pm I got a voicemail saying “there’s an emergency we have to cancel your Monday appointment.” On Monday I called back to find out that was a lie, AccuQuest had scheduled me for an appointment time that wasn’t available, they blamed the “call center” & only bothered to let me know last minute. They then offered to reschedule me 6 weeks out, for their mistake- that no one apologized for. I also learned that this company doesn’t even have audiologists working for them, how outrageous. They’re unorganized and not professionals, clearly.

March 27, 2019 Approximately one year ago my wife concluded that I needed hearing aids so we decided to shop around to ensure we got the best hearing aids at a reasonable price. The second appointment we made was with AccuQuest in Roswell, GA. There we met with Mr. Scott Brunson, H.A.D., who told us all about the AccuQest hearing aids. He then performed a hearing test which confirmed my wife’s conclusion. Mr. Brunson took a great deal of time explaining how the hearing aids worked and answered a myriad of questions from both us. We were so impressed with Mr. Brunson's knowledge and professionalism that we decided not to look any further and made the decision to purchase my hearing aids at AccuQuest. What a good decision that has turned out to be! After a few follow-up visits to optimally tune my new hearing aids I found they greatly improved my hearing and have been very pleased. Mr. Brunson’s expertise is exceptional and his ability/patience in explaining all aspects associated with the new hearing aids was far beyond what I expected. Additionally, Mrs. Liz Atton, P.C.C. also at AccuQuest has graciously gone out of her way to assist me with follow on appointments, supplies for my hearing aids and other related matters. She has an exceptionally pleasing personality and always has a smile. It is a pleasure to speak with her when she calls to remind me of an upcoming appointment with Mr. Brunson. My overall experience with AccuQuest has been exceptional and I am a very happy customer. I would recommend Scott Brunson and AccuQuest to anyone who wants to improve their hearing. Larry Fountain
