Very good location. We moved in MAA Dunwoody in March 2020. We stayed in Post Crossing (now MAA) for 3 years previously. This time we got very bald, dirty and patched carpet. We sent multiple emails to leasing office but never heard back. These are the photos when we moved in.

** STAY AWAY ** As a resident since 2015, the quality in all aspects from valuing their residents to providing great units has gone down considerably ever since MAA took over, except for their rent which keeps going exorbitantly higher compared to near by apartments. The unit I was in has had a break in and water leak and well as the light fixture fell off, and also some cars have had their wheels stolen. Only thing going for them is the location. The management just wants all the money they can get from you. Just because the Renters Insurance was not updated they charge you 40 each month of on compliance\. I had reached out to see if they can waive that charge as the insurance was not expired. So even reaching out to the email from these comments it does not seem worth it as they would not remove the charge. And except for collecting rent and insane fees nothing else seem to be their responsibility. So stay away from this place, good luck if you do choose this place! UPDATE: I reached out to the email just to get a one liner that the charge stays. Thank you! UPDATE: Even after the latest renter's insurance was uploaded and re-uploaded after the warning email, the 40 on compliance\ charge was applied anyways
Convenient location but the property is poorly managed. Just keep looking. There are many other convenient living options in the area. This property has had a mailbox break in(which they claimed MAA cannot be responsible for in a community email) in the 2 months I’ve lived here and many maintenance issues. The mailboxes are still broken. Issues from the day I applied. Aaron did not know the MAA move in policy of 5 days. I’d gotten approved and planned to move in a month out and that was expressed to me that it was an acceptable time frame because my apartment wasn’t ready. Well a week later they told me i would lose the apartment if i didn’t move in sooner because they couldn’t hold my apartment for more than 5 days (BS). I moved in earlier because i couldn’t chance losing my apartment( it seemed perfect at the time). Moved in and many things were not fixed and the carpet was not clean (meaning my apartment was not move in ready)The caulking in the kitchen sink was torn away from the wall. About a month later my apartment floods because someone above me has a broken water heater. I still have water stains and buckling down my walls. Another month later still waiting for them to assess the water damage in the walls and my carpet smells like mildew after they “shampooed” and Partially replaced the padding. Please take your money and peace of mind elsewhere. There are many apartment communities in the same area for around the same price that are a lot more safe, decent and professional.
Wow! I rent a MAA apt in Charlotte and looking to relocate. I see it’s close to perimeter mall but the reviews definitely tell me STAY AWAY
