Wonderful experience. Had to have my tooth extracted after it accidentally cracked. Obviously it was not a pleasant experience but Dr. Lewis and his team took excellent care of my mouth and my nerves. Would highly recommend for their care, efficiency and being available immediately to treat me.

My wife got a wisdom tooth pulled today and is currently recovering so I’m doing the review. The extraction went well - no complications and she was in and out less than 45 minutes. I met with the doctor after the procedure and he followed up this evening to make sure she was doing well. The staff was very friendly and seemed to enjoy working at the practice. Overall it was turning out to be a 5 star review....until...the medication fiasco. We were first told not to have her take a pain medication because it would react with a current med she takes. The assistant also greatly emphasized the need to start antibiotics immediately to prevent infection. We stopped by the pharmacy to find the office had actually called the wrong one and didn’t phone in the antibiotic at all. I called the office back before noon and was told it would be taken care of thanks immediately. I then received a second call letting me know to disregard the reaction conversation and to go ahead and take the pain meds. After a few hours of not getting a text letting me know the meds were ready I called the pharmacy only to find out they were never called in and of course that’s when I find out the office closes at 3:00 or 3:30. I called the answering service and did get a call back saying “sorry - nothing I can do - call the office in the morning.” Fortunately when the doctor called tonight he let us know she didn’t need the antibiotics - so I think we’re finally settled. Bottom line - great practice but definitely needs more training/communication with the assistant. I will give them the benefit of the doubt - no idea what the background is here.

My first visit was not the most pleasant visit. It got off to a rockie start.They never called me to explain to me that my procedure would not be covered under my insurance. Then when I heard the out of pocket expense I did not agree to move forward. The whole time the staff was very pleasant. They called the insurance company but of course it wasn't going to be easy. So the doctor had to leave and I was not a happy camper because I took a half day from work for that visit. So because my insurance just would not cover the procedure I had to go back the next week. The staff is great and everything worked out. I paid and procedure was less than 15 minutes.

My daughter and I visit the Dunwoody location for her follow up appointment. No complaints. Very pleased with the service that we received. The office was pleasant and clean. The staff was pleasant and professional.

I was extremely scared going but the staff is very sweet, very caring, and make sure your comfortable. The dentist was very nice too. I had a traumatic experience with my old dentist when I was a child so I freaked having to go see an oral surgeon. I highly recommend this place! I wish I remembered the dental assistant’s name I had but she is super amazing and understood my fear of the dentist. Great staff and very clean place.
