Don't let the 2.4 stars fool you...the 3 stars and up reviews are fake. The only thing good about this place is the maintenance ppl but you hardly see them because nothing gets fixed or updated. Expect your water to be turned off during the holidays because all the pipes are old and bust 3-4 times a year, people get robbed and killed in these apts, and you will never feel like its your home because its actually the cockroaches home. Oh, and they won't even put letters on your apt door so you will have to paint or draw it on yourself.

It's been said and I cannot exercise it enough. The problem with this apartment complex is MANAGEMENT. Absolutely PATHETIC. If I could rate 0 starts I would. Nothing gets fixed. Real scum, call after call, and request to come fix some things that are wrong, have either CONSTANTLY been IGNORED or they have so many problems they never fixed, that tenants are now complaining all together. Rent is not worth it at all, after living here for quite a while you realize they don't care about the apartments. They're doing the bare minimum to take care of it. Please do yourself a favor And look for better apartments with better CONDITION than this one. It simply isn't worth the big headaches you'll get by living here. Everything is pretty much old. Most of the things are falling apart. Walls, closets, pipes etc. NOT WORTH IT. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND LOOK ELSEWHERE. \u200d️

Poor maintenance. There were crooked floors in the kitchen that I went to the office to ask to be looked at for six years and they never sent anyone to inspect it. There was a leaning tree that I called for them to take down because of safety reasons. It took them three months to look into it. The buildings were infested with roaches and the staff never seemed to answer the phone. Nothing is ever fixed on their watch. They're a shady complex and shows how poor the upkeep. I wouldn't recommend them especially the price range. They left a poor taste.

My family recently renewed their contract and the complex stated they would replace cabinets in their kitchen and bathrooms. They still haven't came and replaced them. They have gone and asked when they would replace the cabinets and all they tell him is they have ordered them. But they have already raised the rent. Molding apartments. BUT they did get new entrance signs and a bright fog light that beams into peoples apartments!
