Great service and good burger and Tuscan chicken sandwich. Good cocktails, too - a well done Manhattan. We will be back.

Great place for fish and chips and beyond, good draft beer selection, food is made to order and tastes the way it should be.

Very friendly service. Dining room is very clean, and employees conscientiously observe COVID-19 guidelines. Chicken strips and fries were served soaking in grease, which unfortunately made them somewhat tasteless. Burger was ordered to be medium, but cooked to well done plus. 99% sure all the food is cooked from frozen.

As a Brit the décor and ambience are on point: wooden bar that extends throughout - Wetherspoons style booths and tables, Young's brewery style wall decor. Perhaps spoiled a little bit by big sports screens in every corner and upbeat dad rock soundtrack. Menus designed to look like a newspaper, newkie brown beer mats, I was even trying to work out if the bar staff had deliberately dressed a bit like they lived in IG1, Essex. Best part is they have made you feel like you're hanging out in a pub, rather than the strict Americana bar feel, I didnt feel bussed at any point. Beer selection is fine, Guinness, Newkie, Stella - would love to see some real ale though. Fish and chips is... like all the fish and chips you'll eat in this state: basically fish fingers and steak cut oven chips (they tried!) but conspicuous for its absence were any kind of peas: garden or mushy. By 11pm on a friday night had got pretty slow so dont expect a knees up into the wee hours - but overall a solid place for a pint.
