I brought my 50 year old Electrolux in for a belt, thinking I they would have to order one, but no, they had one and also told me that I needed a new roller brush and also explained how everything works, that I needed to keep all the screws tight. They fixed it so it works like new. They also have some amazing bikes and do bike tune ups and their prices are so reasonable. We are lucky to have a business like this in our area.

Excellent customer service excellent communication skills looks for every possible way to take care of the customers needs, for example answering the phone after hours staying open after hours. Repairing and doing preventative work instead replacing parts or just telling the customer they need a new vacuum. I will use them to fix my vacuum for Power Clean and for my home

I went in for the first time today looking for vacuum bags. I realized after entering I totally forgot the name of my vacuum and had no idea what I was looking for but after telling the employee literally just the color and style of vacuum he knew EXACTLY the make and model and got me a pack of 6 HEPA bags for even less than they would be online. I'm just blown away by the service and knowledge and will DEFINITELY be going back for any other vacuum needs and you should too.

Horribly disappointed. I bought a vacuum last fall. After 6 months my 700 vacuum started blowing dust instead of picking it up. I brought it in for service and they want 130 to repair it. Not only that but they have have had the vacuum for 9 days and refuse to return my call. I know they have my number because the one time we did speak they confirmed it. If you call and get their voice mail they ask that you either call back or send an email, they also don't reply to emails. My recommendation is buy from home depot or target. You can get a vacuum that will last years for the price of a repair at this place....for an overpriced vacuum that needs annual maintenance and apparently frequent repairs.

Tried to find out if I can get a part for my Miele vac. I called multiple times: talked to someone who indicated I should speak to the owner who was not there. I called twice later in the day, the owner was still out so I left my name and number. No call back the next day so I called...again, and left my contact info, and, no call back. Edit: I want to help local business and I encourage anyone reading this to do the same.

Dupage Vacuum did a great job taking care of us! We had a really challenging issue with our vacuum and Ryan worked really hard to fully resolve it, going above and beyond and making sure we were completely satisfied. I highly recommend Dupage Vacuum and We will definitely go back for my future vacuum-related needs. MLH in Winfield

It's sad that a long time family-owned business is now run down by an owner who has no clue about proper customer service. Never before have I heard someone talk back to me the way he does. When you own a business you shouldn't give attitude to the people who give it to you.

My mom showed up on a Saturday at 3:15 so the store had closed. Ryan saw her leaving and opened the store back up to fix our vacuum hose (which needed to be glued). He didn’t even end up charging for his work or the materials! He was very nice and helpful, and it’s nice to see small businesses treating people like family.
