The company I work for is in the process of deciding which local company they will choose to manage and service our copy machines. I felt compelled to leave 5 stars for the professionalism of the sales staff.Purely based on the initial meetings and care they have taken to ensure our company's best interest in the long run. Not just trying to get a quick sale. It's not my final decision as to who the company chooses but as the staff member that will be using the copy machine the most and dealing with the vendor... they have my vote of confidence.!

We have just experienced the new team at Duplicating Products Inc. led by Kevin and I have to say that they did exactly what they promised before the sale. I have never had such an honest and refreshing experience from a copier company in my 20 years of business. Love the new team!!
