We loved working here in 1976 era. We were allowed to drive through today. Hello to Jeannie. Still trying to make enchiladas as good as hers.
This such a fantastic ranch. The staff is super friendly, and willing to help and accommodate. The cabin we stayed in ("The Birdhouse") was really nice, with western themed furnishings, really soft, comfortable beds, and lots of windows to appreciate the amazing view. Our family of four (2 adults, 2 boys eight and ten), fit very comfortably. The ranch itself is really well kept and clean, I noticed everything was very organized and well maintained. They have very nice buildings, with small shops, and a large lodge where they have internet, and meals. We were only able to stay for one week, but it will be an experience we will never forget. Thank you CTR, you're staff and ranch are top tier.
We stayed here as part of a special late season arrangment, so I can't speak to everything offered, but by golly do they have an amazing team here. The horses are all happy and healthy, the staff is knowledgable and entertaining, and oh my, the food is wonderful. I would like to also give out a shout to the lovely Ms. Jeannie for providing amazing hospitality in what turned into a trying time. If you want an authentic dude ranch experience, this is the place! And, speaking as a kid who grew up doing yearly dude ranch trips, I think your kids will really love it too!

Staff were very friendly, my first visit there and they treated my friend and me with such kindness. A very beautiful place!.... Lots of great activity for everyone and you certainly never go hungry. The food was divine. ..i went in 2015 but plan to return.
Went here for a week for the best summer vacation I have ever had! We rode horses, did riflery and archery, went to Mesa Verde, and more! Anything Western you can imagine, you can pretty much do it here (except Western duels and bandits).
This was our family vacation spot for several years when I was a kid. Five stars and then some!
