One of the best experiences! Worth every penny. We were on the Yankee Girl and our car attendant, Issac, was such a pleasure. Highly recommended! Train car was heated and masks are required. There is no eating or smoking while on the train and nonalcoholic beverages are served complimentary. Pack your own lunch unless you want to prepay for a boxed lunch - do that while purchasing train tickets.

The trip being shorter due to bridge washout had no negative feel. The best views in our opinion are available on the route through Cascade anyway. . Two hour round trip just enough time for many people to enjoy. The views were great, the covid adjustments were great and in fact probably helped make the trip more enjoyable as it wasn't nearly full... washed out bridge or not it was enjoyed... best train trip yet in the US

The whole family had a wonderful time. This was our first winter time excursion. We had taken the train several years ago in the summer. In either season it's a beautiful trip. The whole staff was welcoming when we arrived. Our coach attendant, Alisha, did a superb job taking care of everyone.

My son has been multiple times and this time we joined and it was slightly different than prior times. Changes were due to Covid. We still received our Silver bell, mug, ticket, & fun experience. The gift shop was also fun to visit. My friend Jasmin had her 1 yr old and she could not find any area to change the babies diaper. There were no changing tables. It was such an inconvenience since we could not find any other bathrooms near the downtown area for her.

Took my kids here a few years ago, was one of the best experiences yet! We still talk about it all the time and when we plan to go back!
